Shipping Information

Our standard shipping methods are U.S. Postal Service (First Class, Priority or Media Mail) or UPS Ground, at our discretion. NOTE: All classes of mail are currently experiencing delays nationwide. We ask for your patience as your order makes its way to you. If you require time-sensitive shipping, please contact us to make arrangements to use another courier service.

Orders shipped to a Hawaii destination qualify for free shipping, no minimum purchase required, unless otherwise specified on the product listing. 

Orders shipping to the U.S. mainland, APO/FPO or U.S. territories are a $5 flat fee for Media Mail (5-20 days), or an expedited option is available for purchase based on weight. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free Media Mail shipping (5-20 days), unless otherwise specified on the product listing. 

Orders outside the United States and its territories are subject to shipping fees dependent on the order weight and destination.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Honolulu, Hawaii. Every care is taken to ensure your order is properly packed and protected, however, damage in shipping does sometimes occur. In these cases, please photograph any damage to the packing materials before disposing of them and contact us.
