Popular Island broadcast personality Brickwood Galuteria brings together ten celebrity chefs in this companion piece to his long-running TV cooking show, "Hawai´i's Kitchen." Besides offering an inside look at the popular program, The Hawai´i's Kitchen Cookbook — The Chefs Edition includes nearly 100 recipes from top Island restaurants, from Alan Wong's Truffle Poke to George Mavrothalassitis' Papillote of Kumu.
